What is the IPstat system?
IPstat is a multipurpose statistics system for web resources.
How can I benefit from placing the code of IPstat on my web page (or on site pages)?
Using of the IPstat system will allow you to know, who, when, from where, for what and how often visits your site; will help you to find out what pages of your site are the most visited. The system will also help you to cut down effectless expenses on advertising.
Should I install any software to work with IPstat?
No, working with IPstat requires only a browser.
The counter code on my page does not work. Returns an error of loading JavaScript. What may be the problem?
If the code placed on your page returns a JavaScript error then it is necessary to check the correctness of the code installation. Please ask your webmaster to correctly install the code for IPstat statistics, or try to install it yourself:
- With the help of any FTP program download the pages of your website to your desktop computer.
- Open the page on which you plan to use the code in a simple text editor, for example, in the Notepad.
- Use the functions "copy into the buffer" and "insert from the buffer" to insert the IPstat code.
- Save the page.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each page on which you wish to place the IPstat code.
- Again, with the help of the FTP program upload your pages back to the server.
How fast the system is, i.e. how quickly the code loads? Sometimes the system delays the end of loading of the page for a long time.
Speed of loading of the IPstat counter depends on the speed of VISITOR's channel, i.e. on the speed of his provider's connection to the IPstat server.
Where can I receive the code of the counter?
Receiving the counter code is possible in the "site options", or during the addition of the new site to the system.
I would like to change appearance and colour of the counter.
Changing appearance and colour of the counter is possible in the "site options".
My site has a "mirror". How to handle with the counter in this case?
It is necessary to place into the "mirror" pages the same counter code which is on the main site, and to add the new address of the "mirror" in the "adjustment" section.
I am visiting my site. When I look at the statistics the report "now on site" shows there are some visitors on it but for a short time only — and I did not leave the site. Is it normal?
Yes, it is normal. The report shows visitors who have made actions (clicking on a link reference, page reload etc.) within 1 minute.
NOTHING WORKS FOR ME! HELP!!!
Don't be scared. Step by step recall the sequence of your actions. Find out what exactly refuses to work. Inform us about all of this at support@ipstat.eu Don't forget to specify maximum of information about the problem as well as your login and URL of your site.

I forget the password. I forget the login name. The address specified in the site options does not work (or is inaccessible). Help!!!
If you have forgotten the login name or the password use the "system of reminder of the login/password", or, as a last resort, contact our support service.
Is it difficult to pay for services?
Paying for services isn't difficult at all. The system works on the pre-paid basis – in the same way as mobile communication pre-paid services (for example, VitaMax by Vodafone). You deposit any sum to your account in the system (it cannot be less than the minimum sum specified on the "payment" page) and every month the system deducts from your account the sum equal to the sum of IPstat service fees. All operations are displayed in the "payment" section.
What ways of payment are available?
You can pay for IPstat services by a bank (credit) card or by bank transfer.
I wish to pay by cash. How can I do this?
We at our office do not accept payments by cash. To pay by cash you should choose bank transfer as a payment method. Fill the form and click the button "next". The system will automatically create a preliminary invoice and send you it by e-mail. You can print this information out and make the payment in any branch of the CIB Bank. In the field "note" do not forget to enter your e-mail address.
What kind of credit cards can be used to pay for your service?
Our service can be paid by following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron (for this type of card it is necessary to inquire in your bank about the possibility of payment by this card through the Internet).
I have several sites in one account of the IPstat system. Is it possible to make out one invoice for payment of services for all sites?
Yes. For all sites which are in one account in the system you will get one personal account for payments. Accordingly, the invoice serves for replenishment of the balance for all sites in one account.
I have paid for your services but they have disconnected. What is the matter?
Services are provided in case of positive balance of your account. Probably, your money has not arrived yet to us.
I would like to receive the original invoice.
When filling the form "account replenishment" in the "payment" section please specify that you wish to receive the original, and we will send you it by mail. Cost of sending will be deducted from your means.
How long the data is stored in the system?
The data is stored all the time during participation of the site in the system.
I am already registered, when the statistics will start to work?
Statistics gathering will begin right after you place the IPstat code into your pages.
In the statistics I can only see the data for one page of my site, where are statistics on other pages?
Probably you have placed the IPstat code on one page of your site only. For statistics gathering it is necessary to insert the code into all pages of the site.
May I change the registered e-mail or I need to be re-registered?
You can write us an inquiry at support@ipstat.eu from your registered e-mail. In the mail please specify the following data:
- password
- registered e-mail address
- new e-mail address
Registration data will be changed.
How to remove my site from the system?
In the user interface of the statistics there is no possibility to remove the site from the system. It is necessary to send a letter to us at support@ipstat.eu specifying your e-mail address, the password, and the URL of the site which needs to be removed.
Is it planned to increase the quantity of reports and packages?
Works on improvement and expansion are conducted constantly, watch news and announcements.
